📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns focused on both brand awareness and direct performance goals across Instagram and TikTok.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new creators to build and expand a scalable network of relevant influencers within the beauty and pro-aging sector.
• Develop clear, performance-driven briefings for influencers and oversee content creation from concept to final publication, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign results using concrete KPIs to extract actionable insights, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.
• Actively improve operational workflows by implementing tools and AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable campaign management.
• Support the planning and execution of influencer events both within Germany and internationally, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Manage affiliate structures, including the deployment and tracking of unique discount codes and social commerce mechanisms to drive direct sales via influencer channels.
• Maintain deep familiarity with platform dynamics, content trends, and audience behaviors on Instagram and TikTok to inform strategic decision-making and creative direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer initiatives with overall business targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Continuously monitor competitor and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain Glow25’s position as a leader in influencer-driven beauty marketing.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal processes by proposing and testing innovative approaches to influencer outreach, content management, and performance measurement.
• Stay current with emerging platforms, tools, and AI applications in influencer marketing to ensure Glow25 remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including transparency requirements and compliance with advertising standards.
• Foster authentic, long-term relationships with creators, treating them as strategic partners rather than transactional vendors.
• Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, past collaborations, performance data, and contract terms for future reference and scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or the creator economy, preferably within a fast-growing D2C or e-commerce environment with a performance focus
• Proven expertise in end-to-end management of influencer campaigns for both brand and performance objectives
• Experience with affiliate marketing, discount code tracking, and social-commerce mechanics
• Strong understanding of content dynamics and audience behavior on Instagram and TikTok
• Active interest in process optimization, automation, and the application of AI to improve marketing efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
