📋 Description

  • Plan and execute comprehensive KOL/influencer marketing strategies for the Japanese market across YouTube, X, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand goals from awareness to conversion.
  • Design and manage full-funnel influencer campaigns that consistently drive engagement and measurable business outcomes, avoiding isolated or one-off initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture long-term partnerships with Japanese influencers, creators, and talent agencies to build sustainable brand advocacy.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with external talent, creative agencies, and KOL management offices, ensuring legal compliance and mutual value alignment.
  • Direct the conceptualization and quality control of influencer-generated content, including product reviews, business use case demonstrations, and branded storytelling.
  • Develop KPI frameworks to measure campaign performance across platforms and apply data-driven insights to optimize ROI, audience reach, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance content ideation, streamline campaign analysis, and improve operational efficiency in daily workflow.
  • Maintain a deep, current understanding of Japanese social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances that influence content resonance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align influencer content with broader product messaging and user acquisition goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, delivering clear insights to stakeholders on campaign efficacy and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with Japanese advertising regulations and company data privacy standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and other international compliance frameworks.
  • Identify emerging influencers and rising content formats within Japan’s digital ecosystem to maintain competitive advantage and innovate campaign approaches.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic database of verified influencers, categorized by niche, audience demographics, engagement rates, and past performance metrics.
  • Manage influencer onboarding processes including briefings, content guidelines, usage rights, and compensation structures to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
  • Represent Plaud AI at industry events, creator summits, and digital marketing forums in Japan to strengthen brand presence and expand network access.
  • Continuously evaluate competitive influencer campaigns in Japan to benchmark performance and refine strategic direction.
  • Support the scaling of influencer programs by documenting processes, training new team members, and standardizing best practices across campaigns.
