As a leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, we partner with a diverse network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to enhance care delivery across the entire continuum, from hospital settings to home-based support.
  • The Informatics Analyst is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to empowering our clinical and operational users by meticulously configuring, maintaining, and optimizing features within the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This position is instrumental in aligning our technological capabilities with critical business and clinical objectives, directly contributing to the enhancement of system adoption, user experience, and the unwavering integrity of our data.
  • You will serve as a key facilitator, bridging the communication and technical expertise between our Information Technology department and our vital clinical and business teams. Your ability to manage expectations, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolutions will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
  • A core responsibility involves collaborating closely with clinical teams to improve the usability and adoption of Epic features. This includes identifying pain points, implementing solutions, and ensuring the overall stability and efficiency of the system, which directly impacts the quality of care our patients receive.
  • You will be tasked with conducting rigorous testing of all system configurations. This ensures that new features and modifications function as expected, maintain data integrity, and meet the high standards of user satisfaction required in a healthcare environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing Epic functionality is essential. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our EHR system evolves in lockstep with our clinical and operational goals and the dynamic needs of the healthcare landscape.
  • This role involves the critical task of provisioning and configuring Epic user access for both internal staff and external partners, ensuring secure and appropriate system entry.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in Epic functionalities and embracing industry best practices in clinical informatics and EHR optimization is a continuous requirement. Your knowledge will help Array maintain its position as an innovator in behavioral healthcare technology.
  • You will work in tandem with our dedicated training teams to develop and deliver comprehensive, user-friendly training programs. These programs will cover new Epic workflows and existing features, empowering our staff to utilize the system to its fullest potential.
  • Gathering and interpreting detailed business and clinical requirements from stakeholders is a fundamental aspect of this role. You will translate these needs into actionable system configurations and workflow designs.
  • A significant part of your contribution will be designing and refining Epic workflows. The goal is to streamline clinical and operational processes, boost efficiencies, and ensure that system configurations are perfectly aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • You will configure various Epic modules to support the effective implementation of new services and features, ensuring we maximize the system's capabilities to support our mission.
  • Participate actively in the full lifecycle of new service line and application feature implementations, from the initial mapping of requirements through to go-live and essential post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate effectively with users and our analytics teams to integrate system data with robust reporting tools. This integration is vital for enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Actively contribute to strategic discussions regarding future technology initiatives, identifying and advocating for solutions that can further benefit Array Behavioral Care and enhance our service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team and organization as needed.
  • This position operates remotely, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere nationwide.
  • The role is a full-time employment opportunity, providing stability and comprehensive benefits.
  • Occasional travel may be required for onsite team meetings, customer site visits, or other essential business functions, ensuring a well-rounded and engaged team dynamic.
  • You will report directly to the Director of Informatics, working within a supportive and growth-oriented department.
