📋 Description

• The Information Security Engineer (Cloud Security Engineer) is a 1-year contract role focused on securing Numeris' Microsoft 365 E5 environment, playing a critical part in protecting the organization’s data and infrastructure as a trusted leader in broadcast measurement and consumer intelligence.
• Day to day, the role involves implementing, optimizing, and operating Microsoft security solutions, including configuring and tuning security controls, automating security workflows, conducting vulnerability management, participating in threat detection and incident response, and ensuring continuous improvement of security posture across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Numeris is a collaborative, curious, and dedicated team with over 75 years of industry leadership in audience intelligence, fostering continuous learning, career growth, and community engagement while maintaining a gold standard in data integrity and security.
• In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in Microsoft 365 security technologies, gain hands-on experience in cloud security operations and automation, contribute to risk reduction initiatives, and develop skills in cross-functional collaboration with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to strengthen enterprise security resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions
• Strong background in security engineering, automation, and security operations (SecOps)
• Experience with threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response processes
• Ability to work closely with IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and hands-on technical proficiency in security technologies
