📋 Description

• • As an Information Security Engineer at Deel, you will serve as a technical leader in designing, implementing, and optimizing core security platforms to protect sensitive data in a remote-first, global environment, directly supporting the company’s mission to secure global work infrastructure.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the Subject Matter Expert for EDR tools, configuring and tuning SWG, CASB, and ZTNA policies, improving SaaS security posture via SSPM, managing browser extension and OAuth application controls, designing enterprise browser and DLP policies, and running vulnerability management programs for endpoints and servers.
• • You will join a globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform powering compliant global hiring and payments for businesses in 150+ countries, backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security frameworks (MITRE, NIST, ISO27001), gain hands-on experience with cloud-native security tooling (AWS, GCP, Azure), and drive impact by ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data sovereignty regulations while advancing Deel’s defense-in-depth strategy.
