Infrastructure Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Infrastructure Operations Manager at Ridealso Inc., you will serve as a central program integrator supporting enterprise initiatives with the Real Estate and Workplace Team under Corporate Operations, driving structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder projects to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the global real estate portfolio (leases, compliance, office/lab space planning, site launches), overseeing vendor selection and budget tracking, leading end-to-end projects across real estate, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives, building and managing project plans and executive updates, identifying risks and removing blockers, acting as a central liaison across leadership and external partners, driving alignment and communication, implementing scalable processes and reporting frameworks, tracking KPIs, improving workflows, and identifying efficiency opportunities including automation and AI.

• • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-tech, EV, and R&D lab environments, strengthen your ability to coordinate global service providers and manage commercial contracts, advance your proficiency in project management tools and automation/AI-enabled process improvements, and gain experience working closely with senior leadership while contributing to the scaling of innovative infrastructure in a fast-growing sustainability-driven organization.
