📋 Description

• • As an Infrastructure & Security Engineer at Firestorm, you will own the security and compliance envelope for the manufacturing software platform that spans commercial cloud, GovCloud, on-premise edge systems, and future air-gapped DoD environments. Your work ensures that security and compliance are foundational to product delivery, not afterthoughts, enabling secure iteration, automation, and scaling of advanced manufacturing systems.
• • You will define and enforce security architecture across identity, secrets management, network segmentation, audit logging, data residency, and trust boundaries between environments. You will partner with cloud infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive security and operational execution, translating regulatory requirements like FedRAMP and ITAR into technical implementations.
• • You will serve as the security authority on architectural decisions, design reviews, and incident response, driving FedRAMP and ITAR readiness while securing edge-to-cloud data pipelines in partnership with embedded engineering teams.
