- • Install and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, ensuring maintenance and qualification in compliance with contractual commitments
- • Advise and train users on instrument operation and best practices
- • Manage software and hardware updates, documenting all activities systematically
- • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and service alignment
- • Follow existing procedures for interventions and contribute to developing new ones
- • Contribute actively to customer satisfaction and service success
- • Report activities regularly using available tools
- • Support commercial development of the service through field insights and client engagement

🎯 Requirements
- • Bac+2/3 minimum in Biology (biochemistry, biotechnology) or electronics/electrotechnics or physical measurements, or equivalent training
- • Proven experience in a laboratory environment (academic, pharmaceutical, research, etc.) with a troubleshooting approach
- • Successful experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance
- • Knowledge or experience with robotic/automated systems: fluorescence-based screening platforms, automated pipettors, DNA extractors, and plate readers
- • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- • Autonomous, well-organized, rigorous with strong communication skills and team spirit
- • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
- • Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn new techniques and products
