- • The Innovations Cross-Functional Intern role at Kaplan offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to support the design and launch of innovative education products for high school and college students through Prelum’s online programs with top universities.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting research and content development for new pre-college programs, assisting with social media and marketing initiatives, analyzing student feedback and course performance, collaborating with operations and technology teams, contributing to video production efforts, and participating in team brainstorming sessions to share insights and recommendations.
- • Kaplan is a global leader in education serving over 1 million students annually, partnering with thousands of institutions and corporations worldwide, with a mission to advance professional development through innovation and access to education.
- • Interns will gain practical experience across product, operations, marketing, technology, and content production while developing skills in research, collaboration, communication, and project management in a remote, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- • Active undergraduate student in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year
- • Strong interest in education, student experiences, and working with top universities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting
- • Demonstrated academic achievement and a growth mindset
