- • Senior Clinical Data Associate (CDA III) responsible for managing clinical trial data processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting study execution in alignment with project scope and regulatory standards.
- • Day-to-day activities include maintaining awareness of project contracts and scope, reviewing study-specific Data Management Plans (DMPs), creating and entering test data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performing UAT for data entry screens and edits, managing lab normal ranges, completing CDMS access forms, reviewing discrepancy outputs, applying corrections or queries per DVS/DMP, conducting quality checks for EDC systems, participating in meetings, attending in-process reviews, supporting audits, and filing documentation in the Data Management Study File (DMSF).

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in clinical data management or related clinical trial operations
- • Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and Clinical Database Management Systems (CDMS)
- • Ability to review and apply Data Management Plans (DMPs) and Discrepancy Management Strategies (DVS)
- • Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data entry screens and validation
- • Knowledge of clinical trial processes including source data verification (SDV) and query management
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment
