📋 Description

• • As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Best Friends Animal Society, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs, serving as a critical bridge between engineering, security, project management, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time and at scale.
• • Day to day, you will define and maintain program roadmaps, facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, identify and mitigate risks, drive alignment on priorities, partner with engineering and security teams to embed compliance requirements, and track program health using KPIs and OKRs for leadership reporting.
