- • Support end-to-end execution of global B2B SaaS marketing campaigns, including setup, QA, tracking link creation, UTM tagging, landing page verification, and asset organization.
- • Prepare and manage campaign materials such as internal launch checklists, asset folders, and digital content bundles for global distribution.
- • Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual events, coordinating with vendors for logistics, inventory, booth materials, shipments, and attendee communications.
- • Manage event lead workflows by cleaning, enriching, and uploading lead lists into CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead source tagging and seamless handoff to Sales.
- • Conduct regular data hygiene audits across marketing systems to identify and resolve duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing information in campaign and lead data.
- • Support the Head of Marketing with tracking priority initiatives, maintaining campaign calendars, and following up on action items to ensure on-time delivery.
- • Document and refine recurring marketing workflows to improve operational efficiency as the team scales globally.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and external vendors to align campaign and event execution with business objectives.
- • Provide on-the-ground support during live events in Singapore, including setup, attendee engagement, and post-event logistics.
- • Maintain high standards of accuracy in campaign setup, data entry, and logistical coordination under fast-paced, high-ownership conditions.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and ambiguous situations while maintaining precision in execution and communication.
- • Contribute to building a scalable marketing operations function within a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership.
- • Engage in continuous learning by observing and participating in strategic marketing decisions and GTM execution at a global scale.
- • Operate in an asynchronous, low-bureaucracy environment with minimal meetings and a focus on results over process.
- • Work directly with professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir in a culture that values ownership, resourcefulness, and high standards.
