- • Serve as an Account Executive for Spellbook’s SMB segment in ANZ, owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- • Conduct discovery and onboarding calls to understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations to their specific legal workflow challenges.
- • Manage a pipeline of high-quality inbound leads generated by a strong marketing engine, ensuring timely and effective follow-up throughout the sales process.
- • Deliver compelling product presentations that articulate how Spellbook’s AI copilot accelerates contract drafting, review, and negotiation within Microsoft Word.
- • Negotiate and close deals with law firms, in-house legal teams, and solo practitioners, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems to support forecasting, reporting, and team alignment.
- • Collaborate with IT teams to complete RFPs, security questionnaires, and compliance documentation required during the sales cycle.
- • Act as a liaison between prospects and the product team, relaying customer feedback to inform future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, and documentation to scale team effectiveness.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through onboarding.
- • Participate in internal training sessions, sales enablement activities, and industry events or conferences as required to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- • Embrace autonomy in a remote, unstructured environment by designing your own workflow while maintaining accountability for revenue outcomes.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance customer retention and advocacy.
- • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills when engaging with prospects, handling objections, and articulating value propositions.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, share best practices with teammates, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned by management that support the growth of the sales team and achievement of company revenue goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or B2B environments
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape
- • Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot or equivalent for pipeline management and forecasting
- • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver persuasive pitches and handle objections
- • Self-starter with a track record of prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing deals independently
