Quality Technical Specialist

📋 Description

• • The Quality Technical Specialist supports quality assurance operations by ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, contributing to testing and process improvements, supporting audits and corrective actions, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and negotiating Customer Quality Agreements with the legal team, responding to customer technical and quality inquiries via phone and email, researching technical documents and product specifications, developing and maintaining quality documentation, updating product and customer databases, and participating in cross-functional teams to improve processes using lean principles.
• • The role is part of Avantor’s global team of 14,000+ associates dedicated to advancing life-changing science, with a focus on pharmaceutical and laboratory product offerings such as excipients, bio reagents, salts, sugars, acids, cGMP-manufactured solutions, and chromatography media.
• • The specialist will develop expertise in industry regulations (cGMP, FDA, ICH, WHO), quality systems, and customer engagement, while gaining experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvement within a regulated chemical or pharmaceutical environment.
