📋 Description

• Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with adult patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions in the electronic health record.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s mental health goals, making evidence-based adjustments to optimize outcomes and well-being.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic approaches aligned with patient needs.
• Gain experience or be willing to learn and integrate Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into clinical practice as part of innovative treatment protocols.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care and enhanced treatment effectiveness.
• Perform clinical assessments and risk evaluations using program-specific tools and outcome measures to guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements for clinical documentation and patient privacy.
• Engage with patients and their support systems using strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and therapeutic rapport.
• Operate within the organization’s core values of respect, care, and collaboration in all patient and team interactions.
• Participate in in-house learning opportunities designed to support professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling with the option for limited hybrid appointments, allowing for face-to-face patient interactions when appropriate.
• Work remotely from any location, provided an active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is held.
• Begin in a part-time capacity with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance, patient demand, and mutual agreement.
• Focus exclusively on patient care while administrative, billing, and operational tasks are managed by Hightop Health’s dedicated support team.
• Contribute to a clinician-centric culture that prioritizes provider well-being, professional development, and peer collaboration to maximize patient outcomes.
• Serve as part of a premier outpatient mental health group committed to integrative psychiatry, blending traditional and novel interventions informed by real-world outcomes and cutting-edge research.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and risk evaluation skills
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team engagement
