- • Serve as the primary point of contact for end user technical issues across Lynk Global’s office environments.
- • Provision, configure, and deploy hardware including laptops, printers, telephones, and other office equipment.
- • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10 and macOS) and enterprise software applications.
- • Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- • Administer and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and ESET security systems.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory of all IT equipment and ensure proper tracking and lifecycle management.
- • Procure hardware and software based on departmental needs and budget constraints.
- • Provide hands-on end user training and ongoing technical support to staff at all levels.
- • Document IT procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides to standardize support practices.
- • Travel occasionally to Lynk Global’s office in Chantilly, VA to provide on-site technical support as required.
- • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR) in all IT operations and user access management.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology gaps and implement solutions that enhance productivity and security.
- • Respond to urgent technical incidents with prioritization and clear communication to affected users.
- • Maintain a customer-service-oriented approach to all technical interactions, ensuring high user satisfaction.
- • Stay current with evolving IT best practices and emerging tools to improve support efficiency and system reliability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience providing end user technical support
- • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
- • Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365
- • Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine, Intune, or similar
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Excellent customer service and communication skills
- • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
