- • Join Dedale’s Research & Network Planner team to expand a global network of high-profile executives and C-level advisors in the B2B software and technology sector, primarily located in the US and Europe.
- • Conduct targeted research to identify and vet industry experts relevant to Dedale’s investment research activities, ensuring alignment with client needs and market focus areas.
- • Initiate direct outreach to potential experts via LinkedIn and email using professionally crafted templates designed to secure engagement and onboarding.
- • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new experts and advisors, coordinating with internal research teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- • Facilitate scheduled meetings and discussions between onboarded experts and Dedale’s research analysts to generate actionable investment insights.
- • Conduct post-call debriefs with experts to clearly communicate payment procedures, timelines, and expectations, maintaining professional standards at all times.
- • Collaborate with a globally distributed team operating from Cebu, Paris, and Cairo to align on network expansion goals and research priorities.
- • Contribute to the development of Dedale’s proprietary expert network by consistently delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate intelligence.
- • Receive structured training and mentorship in investment strategy, software sector dynamics, and expert sourcing techniques to accelerate professional growth.
- • Represent Dedale with professionalism and discretion in all external communications, serving as a key ambassador to top-tier technology executives and investors.
- • Maintain meticulous records of outreach efforts, expert profiles, and interaction outcomes to support internal reporting and network analytics.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, international work environment with evolving priorities and high expectations for performance and responsiveness.
- • Support the broader mission of enabling multi-million-dollar investment decisions through rigorous, network-driven intelligence gathering.
- • Embrace a startup culture characterized by autonomy, initiative, and a passion for technology and investing.
- • Work closely with a diverse, multinational team including professionals from the US, China, France, the Philippines, Morocco, Latvia, Lebanon, and other countries.
- • Leverage feedback from senior leadership — including ex-McKinsey and BCG consultants and managing partners of top PE and growth equity funds — to refine sourcing strategies and research output.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
- • Outstanding organization and planning skills
- • High level of professionalism and autonomy with ability to represent Dedale to external stakeholders
- • Strong capacity to learn and grow, with perseverance and resilience
- • Preferably experience in lead generation or recruitment
- • Fresh graduates welcome; Mass Communication or BA English preferred but not required
