- • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact enterprise projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals.
- • Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, resource plans, detailed schedules, and budgets for projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- • Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and inform strategic decision-making.
- • Lead multidisciplinary cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- • Utilize project management tools including MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Smartsheet to track milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables across distributed teams.
- • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through early detection and implementation of mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Manage project budgets by forecasting expenses, tracking variances, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure projects remain on time and within financial constraints.
- • Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers as needed to support project objectives.
- • Facilitate regular project status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder presentations to communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly and accurately.
- • Manage change requests and ensure alignment among stakeholders on scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- • Apply quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, document best practices, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
- • Mentor junior project managers and promote consistent adoption of standardized project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving project management best practices to enhance team effectiveness and project success rates.
- • Leverage hands-on experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks and tools (e.g., Manus) and LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal and external systems.
- • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, trust, and alignment across departments and organizations.
- • Travel up to 10–25% to client sites or company locations as required by project needs.
- • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during critical project phases or deadlines.
- • Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello)
- • Hands-on experience using AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) and LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) to automate workflows
- • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (strongly preferred)
