- • Lead the evolution of Jerry.ai's AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform, owning one of the most strategic areas of the company by leveraging large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver best-in-class automated customer support and operations.
- • Drive end-to-end product development for AI-powered experiences and platform, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience.
- • Serve as the bridge between engineering and the rest of the organization by leading AI best practices, establishing platform standards, and enabling cross-team adoption of AI capabilities.
- • Own and improve key metrics including answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, and escalation quality through data-driven experimentation and systematic optimization.
- • Collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate emerging AI technologies such as voice models and computer use agents for suitability in a regulated production environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
- • Passion for AI with intrinsic motivation to experiment with emerging technologies like LLMs, voice models, and computer use agents, including hands-on setup of personal AI workflows.
- • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering, with ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Data-driven mindset with comfort using SQL to independently explore data and answer product questions.
- • Proven ability to own metrics and drive continuous improvement through an optimistic, solution-oriented mindset focused on 'how can we' rather than 'if we can.'
