Agile Delivery Lead (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As an Agile Delivery Lead at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in enabling the Falcon Complete Automation team to deliver mission-critical cybersecurity solutions by synthesizing technical and business strategy into clear plans, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate multiple projects from planning through delivery, manage risks and dependencies, lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives), maintain prioritized backlogs, remove blockers, administer Jira workflows, and communicate updates to technical and business stakeholders.
• • You will join a mission-driven, global cybersecurity leader that values innovation, autonomy, and customer impact, working within the Falcon Complete team to advance Agile maturity and support cross-functional initiatives across business units.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing AI and emerging technology projects, deepen your Agile and project management leadership, and gain experience influencing strategy at both operational and executive levels in a high-growth, security-focused environment.
