- • Sell Dandy’s enterprise technology solutions to Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) across the United States, driving adoption at both corporate and practice-level tiers.
- • Execute dual sales motions: (1) Post-MSA expansion to achieve 70%+ practice penetration within DSOs that have signed a Master Service Agreement, and (2) Pre-MSA groundswell to identify, engage, and convert individual practices to build grassroots momentum ahead of corporate negotiations.
- • Act as a strategic scout by gathering corporate intelligence, mapping key stakeholders, and identifying trends that inform and accelerate enterprise-level sales conversations.
- • Drive high-conversion sales cycles with new dental practices, guiding clients from initial outreach through seamless onboarding and successful first order fulfillment.
- • Maintain a highly organized, data-driven sales pipeline with rigorous attention to detail and disciplined forecasting practices.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product teams to share practice-level insights that shape corporate strategy and reinforce Dandy’s position as the leading lab partner within DSOs.
- • Become a subject matter expert on the dental industry, including scanner types, practice workflows, and DSO corporate structures, to effectively articulate Dandy’s value proposition.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing daily execution with long-term strategic planning for territory growth.
- • Travel 30-40% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support on-site sales activities as needed.
- • Build and manage a personal territory from the ground up, leveraging outbound-driven tactics to identify and convert high-value prospects.
- • Maintain a track record of quota overattainment through high-velocity closing skills, disciplined pipeline management, and relentless follow-through.
- • Embrace a student mentality to continuously learn industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and evolving corporate procurement processes within the dental sector.
- • Represent Dandy as a trusted advisor to dental practice owners and corporate decision-makers, aligning technology solutions with operational and financial goals.
- • Contribute to refining sales playbooks, messaging, and GTM strategies based on real-world feedback and market insights.
- • Uphold Dandy’s commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and excellence in all client interactions and internal collaborations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years of closing experience
- • Proven track record in enterprise sales, expansion sales, or ground-floor account ownership with quota overattainment
- • Strong sales acumen with a high close rate and ability to navigate complex corporate sales cycles
- • Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined pipeline management
- • Ability to balance daily execution with long-term corporate strategy
- • Flexibility to travel 30-40% as needed
