- • The Inside Sales Account Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing a defined portfolio of house accounts, focusing on proactive relationship development, cross-selling ELPRO products and services, and handling incoming transactional business to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with existing customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, responding to new inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate account records, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and tracking performance against sales targets and retention metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to track pipeline, forecast performance, and manage customer data.
- • Familiarity with industrial products, automation technologies, or technical solutions is preferred but not required; willingness to learn ELPRO’s portfolio is essential.
- • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently in a remote work environment.
