Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our People Operations function not only meets but exceeds the strategic and business objectives of Voltus, a company committed to accelerating the energy transition through innovative virtual power plant technology.
  • • As a People Operations Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the intricate systems that underpin our employee experience. This includes meticulous administration of our HRIS and other people-related platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. You will be a key player in coordinating compliance initiatives, staying abreast of evolving labor laws and regulations to ensure Voltus remains a responsible and ethical employer. Your analytical skills will be vital in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key people metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership that inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our HR processes.

Your ability to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and maintain a high level of organization will be critical in supporting our distributed and remote workforce.
  • • At Voltus, we are building the future of energy, and our People Operations team is central to our success. We are looking for an individual who embodies our core values of being Bright, Gritty, and Good.
