  • • As a Business Development Executive at Tide Platform Limited, you will drive insurance sales and revenue growth by engaging with SME members across India, promoting tailored insurance solutions that help small businesses save time and money.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, sending emails, and conducting face-to-face outreach to introduce insurance products, follow up on leads, cross-sell Tide’s financial and accounting tools, and guide prospects through the full insurance journey from quote to onboarding.
  • • You will work within a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment at Tide, a global leader serving over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with a strong presence in Hyderabad and a commitment to data-driven, customer-first solutions.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in insurance sales, fintech product ecosystems, and customer relationship management while contributing to Tide’s mission of empowering small businesses through accessible banking and administrative tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or insurance sales/broking
  • • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • • Strong target-driven mindset with ability to up-sell and cross-sell insurance and financial products
  • • Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and independent outreach to prospective clients
  • • Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML regulations (preferred)
  • • Prior experience in fintech, digital banking, or insurance sectors (advantageous)
