  • • The Inside Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive support to Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle, assisting with order entry, campaign tracking, and client reporting, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of multi-platform advertising campaigns across radio, digital, podcast, social, and events.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sale and post-sale processes such as proposal development and order entry, coordinating with internal teams (traffic, production, digital, promotions) for flawless campaign execution, preparing sales materials using PowerPoint and Salesforce, monitoring campaign performance for reporting and renewals, managing deadlines and deliverables, serving as a liaison between sales, programming, and operations, and assisting with billing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
