- • Own the full inbound sales cycle by engaging with prospects who request demos of Lemlist, guiding them from initial contact to closed deal.
- • Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase how Lemlist solves specific pain points for B2B sales teams.
- • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication throughout the buyer’s journey.
- • Close deals with an average deal size of €1,500 ARR, directly contributing to the company’s $35M ARR revenue.
- • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM system to track all interactions, pipeline stages, and deal progress.
- • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects by listening actively, uncovering real needs, and positioning Lemlist as the optimal solution.
- • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and effective negotiation.
- • Embrace coaching and feedback to continuously refine sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- • Collaborate with the ISR team and leadership to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to team-wide performance.
- • Stay informed about Lemlist’s product features, use cases, and competitive differentiators to deliver confident, knowledgeable demos.
- • Operate autonomously with a strong work ethic, taking initiative to prioritize leads, identify upsell opportunities, and optimize daily workflows.
- • Demonstrate emotional and interpersonal intelligence by adapting communication style to each prospect’s tone, industry, and decision-making process.
- • Act with integrity and genuine client focus, always prioritizing the prospect’s best interest over short-term sales goals.
- • Leverage a hunter mentality to proactively pursue opportunities, overcome objections, and convert hesitant prospects into paying customers.
- • Use any available tools with full commitment, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every interaction reflects professionalism and care.
- • Participate in the full recruitment process, including interviews with TAM, ISR Team Lead, VP of Sales, and CEO, as part of onboarding and cultural alignment.
