- • Engage prospective students who have previously expressed interest in trade schools and vocational education programs through outbound phone calls, ensuring all leads are warm and pre-qualified.
- • Build rapport quickly using conversational, empathetic communication to establish trust and encourage open dialogue about educational goals.
- • Follow a structured sales process while adapting naturally to each prospect’s unique background, interests, and motivations.
- • Present relevant trade school and vocational program options based on prospect fit, availability, and career aspirations.
- • Answer questions and address concerns regarding program details, scheduling, financial aid, and enrollment requirements.
- • Guide qualified prospects through the next steps of the enrollment journey, ensuring smooth transition to admissions teams.
- • Maintain high daily outbound call volume while adhering to quality standards and compliance guidelines.
- • Accurately document all call outcomes, prospect information, and interaction notes within the company’s CRM system.
- • Ensure consistent data integrity by updating lead statuses, contact details, and follow-up requirements in real time.
- • Utilize dialing platforms and CRM tools efficiently to manage workflows, track performance metrics, and optimize daily activity.
- • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead qualification and enrollment pipeline growth.
- • Participate in regular coaching sessions, training modules, and quality assurance reviews to improve call effectiveness and conversion rates.
- • Apply feedback constructively to refine communication style, objection handling, and sales technique.
- • Contribute positively to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture with accountability and mutual support.
- • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously without compromising documentation accuracy or call quality.
- • Demonstrate strong active listening skills to identify underlying needs and tailor responses to each prospect’s situation.
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to align with client time zones and ensure timely follow-ups.
- • Operate in a fully remote environment with no in-office requirements, relying on digital tools for communication and performance tracking.
- • Support a marketing and lead generation company focused on connecting individuals with career-focused educational opportunities across the United States.
- • Contribute to a high-volume outreach model powered by proprietary marketing channels and internal lead scoring systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, lead qualification, or high-volume outbound calling environments
- • Experience working with warm inbound leads strongly preferred
- • Excellent verbal English communication skills and strong phone presence
- • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialing platforms
- • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
