- • Respond promptly to inbound sales leads and customer support requests via email, ensuring professional communication and outstanding customer service
- • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and conducting introductory presentations to understand client needs for custom promotional products
- • Recommend tailored solutions for stickers, labels, decals, and temporary tattoos by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and active listening to uncover customer requirements
- • Close sales by building rapport with business and consumer clients, explaining product capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts
- • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the entire sales journey, assisting with design, ordering, and delivery issues on StickerYou.com
- • Accurately enter and update all customer data, orders, and leads in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless tracking and reporting
- • Develop, maintain, and optimize standardized email response templates to improve efficiency and consistency in handling common inquiries
- • Qualify inbound accounts to identify high-potential leads and prioritize outreach based on customer profile and purchase intent
- • Participate in product testing to gain firsthand experience with custom product offerings and provide feedback for quality and usability improvements
- • Monitor competitor products and customer reactions to inform market strategy and identify emerging trends in the promotional products industry
- • Propose new product or service ideas based on direct customer feedback, unmet needs, and observed patterns in sales interactions
- • Support marketing initiatives and organizational goals by completing assigned tasks such as data collection, campaign feedback, or internal documentation
- • Maintain high standards of organization and time management to handle a high volume of simultaneous inquiries from new and repeat clients
- • Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive, goal-oriented sales environment while maintaining individual accountability
- • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving technologies and customer expectations in e-commerce and digital manufacturing
- • Work from the office 2–3 days per week at 670 Caledonia Road, York, ON, with the remainder of the week conducted remotely
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to recommend customized solutions
- • Excellent organization and time management skills for managing high-volume inquiries
- • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
