  • • As part of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team, you will play a key administrative and data-entry role in provisioning SmartRecruiters x SAP SuccessFactors instances for customers, ensuring accurate setup of new environments based on customer purchases.
  • • You will perform data entry to provision customer instances by following detailed checklists and standard operating procedures, copying, verifying, and updating customer information such as names, IDs, dates, and configuration choices across internal tools and trackers.
  • • You will track incoming requests in shared lists, update status fields, manage basic prioritization according to defined rules, and flag missing or unclear information to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • • You will maintain accurate records of all provisioned instances, including dates, versions, and status, ensuring documentation is always up to date and working closely with technical and provisioning teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • • This is a detail-focused, process-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks and precise administration, requiring 2 full days per week (8 hours per day) during CET business hours, with fixed days agreed in advance (Monday–Thursday only) and flexibility to swap days when needed.
  • • The role supports seamless customer onboarding by ensuring that each provisioned instance matches the purchased configuration, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the Post-Merger Integration initiative.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or process-driven roles with a strong attention to detail.
  • • Ability to follow detailed checklists, standard operating procedures, and step-by-step instructions accurately and consistently.
  • • Experience working with internal tools, trackers, or systems to update and verify customer information such as names, IDs, dates, and configuration settings.
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track requests, update status fields, and manage basic prioritization according to defined rules.
  • • Excellent communication skills to clearly and timely flag missing or unclear information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • • Availability to work 2 full days per week (8 hours per day) during CET business hours, with fixed days agreed in advance (Monday–Thursday only) and flexibility to swap days when needed.
