📋 Description

• • The Instructional Design Supervisor leads the instructional design team in developing innovative and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals, focusing on emerging tech and AI integration into course development.
• • Day to day, the person will manage and mentor the instructional design team, plan and supervise projects to meet deadlines and quality standards, collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, ensure instructional materials adhere to best practices and adult learning principles, drive technology integration, evaluate training program effectiveness, and manage resources and budgets.
