📋 Description

• • As an Instructional Designer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive adoption of the Workato ONE platform across customers, partners, and internal teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible content that shortens time-to-value and increases product usage.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing curriculum and learning paths for products like Agent Studio and API Platform, creating instructional materials such as videos, e-learning modules, and job aids, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align training with product roadmaps, designing scenario-based labs and assessments, and using learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve content.
