📋 Description

• • The Instructor Manager (Securities) at Kaplan, Inc. is responsible for supporting the growth of the Securities business by managing, training, and engaging a team of instructors to ensure high-quality delivery of live and on-demand classroom instruction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include directly managing teachers, analyzing instructor evaluations and student feedback, coaching instructors for performance improvement, managing payroll for direct reports, serving as the primary point of contact for instructor concerns, collaborating with recruitment and operations teams on hiring and class assignments, collecting and sharing content feedback with product teams, communicating product updates to instructors, and occasionally teaching classes or participating in client calls as a subject matter expert.
