  • • As an Insurance Agent at Independence Pet Group (IPG), you will be a vital frontline representative, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued pet parents. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Customer Service, your primary role will be to assist customers by delivering clear and accurate information about our diverse range of pet health products and services, adeptly answering their questions, and efficiently resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter.
  • • You will be the first point of contact for a variety of inquiries, managing incoming communications through multiple channels. This includes addressing member questions about their policies, handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing details on product features and warranties, and responding to general customer inquiries. Your ability to adhere to established quality and processing guidelines will be paramount in ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the meticulous analysis, research, and resolution of problems and discrepancies that may arise within member accounts. This requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex information to find effective solutions.
  • • To excel in this position, you must maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of our product offerings, ensuring you can articulate their benefits and features accurately. Equally important is staying abreast of all customer service policies and any relevant store policies, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support.
  • • You will also be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations pertaining to the insurance industry, with a strong emphasis on compliance.   • • Beyond day-to-day support, you will actively participate in solution innovation, contributing ideas to enhance our service offerings and customer journey.
