• • The Insurance Expert (AI Residency) role at Mentis Technology Solutions Inc. is a unique opportunity to bridge deep insurance expertise with cutting-edge AI development, helping shape how frontier AI systems reason in high-stakes domains like underwriting, actuarial modeling, and portfolio management.
• • Day to day, you will develop and iterate realistic prompts to test AI-generated insights, systematically compare human versus machine judgment in insurance contexts, design frameworks that translate professional risk evaluation into AI challenges, and construct and validate expert benchmarks using real-world underwriting cases, actuarial analyses, and investment frameworks.
• • Mentis AI is an expert intelligence platform partnering with leading AI labs to improve model reasoning in professional domains, drawing on team experience from Lazard, Partners Group, and applied AI research, with operations in London and San Francisco.
