📋 Description

• As an Insurance Legal Counsel at Alan SAS, you will join the Corporate legal team to support the company's mission of building a new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a seamless user experience, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business growth.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments (ACPR guidelines, health and disability insurance rules), translating obligations into operational processes, supporting RFP responses and contractual negotiations, contributing to compliance reporting and audit responses, and helping shape product design to meet legal requirements while enhancing member experience.
• You will work closely with Alan's Business, Product, and Care teams in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment where roles evolve with your growth, allowing you to take on increasing autonomy and expand your impact across France and internationally.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in French insurance law, gain hands-on experience in scaling legal operations in a fast-growing tech-driven insurer, and contribute to internal legal frameworks and AI-powered tools that increase legal team efficiency and autonomy.
