- • As an Insurance Sales Agent, Inbound at Polly Insurance Agency, LLC, you will play a critical role in helping customers find the right car insurance solutions through a technology-driven, customer-first approach. This remote position is ideal for a motivated, digitally savvy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service without the need for cold calling.
- • Day to day, you will handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month from motivated car buyers, analyze customer needs, advise on personalized coverage options, and sell personal lines insurance policies across multiple carriers and state coverages. You will navigate various carrier systems, prepare and cross-sell tailored quotes, provide expert recommendations, and close sales at a strong conversion rate while ensuring an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint.

🎯 Requirements
- • A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- • 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a Call Center
- • Experience working in a high-volume call center
- • Experience selling multiple carriers and multiple state coverages
- • Solid computer, IT, and systems experience
- • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools, preferred
