You will be the first point of contact for many new clients, setting the tone for their experience with Globe Life.
- • A key aspect of your daily tasks will involve utilizing the Quality Assurance database to conduct appropriate assessments, identifying any additional customer information or verification needed to proceed with the application. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to data gathering.
