📋 Description
- • The Integrated Dual Operational Process Trainer leads the design and delivery of non-clinical, process-based training to ensure consistent, compliant execution of LTSS managed care operations, translating complex workflows and regulatory requirements into practical training that drives operational readiness and standardization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining end-to-end LTSS operational training curricula, developing onboarding and refresher programs, facilitating instructor-led virtual and hybrid sessions, coordinating training rollouts for new initiatives, and collaborating with Quality, Compliance, and Audit teams to incorporate findings into training content.
- • The role operates within CareSource Management Group Company, a healthcare organization focused on LTSS and HCBS programs, working closely with Program Management, Operations, IT, Learning & Development, and Market teams to align training with enterprise priorities and support process standardization across markets and products.
- • The person in this role can develop expertise in LTSS operations, instructional design, and change management while gaining experience in translating regulatory requirements into actionable training, leading cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to process improvement and operational excellence in a remote, mission-driven healthcare environment.
