- • As an Integrated Marketing Manager for AI at Unity Technologies, you will lead integrated marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth, drive product adoption, and increase audience engagement for the AI business, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Marketing.
- • You will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, lifecycle, partner, and account-based motions, collaborating with Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Social, Events, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and performance.
- • You will work within Unity’s AI business unit, supporting a global leader in real-time 3D development that powers applications across gaming, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and more, serving over 3 billion monthly users.
- • You will gain expertise in full-funnel B2B and B2C marketing, data-driven campaign optimization, cross-functional leadership, and translating complex AI value propositions into compelling market narratives while owning campaign analytics, budgets, and KPIs like influenced revenue and cost per opportunity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with at least 3 years in integrated marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
- • Proven track record building pipeline through integrated, multi-channel programs that connect audience acquisition, engagement, nurture, and conversion.
- • Experience with marketing operations and core tools, including MAPs (Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), analytics/reporting platforms, and attribution systems.
- • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and partner motions within B2B go-to-market organizations.
- • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or emerging technology categories, with the ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling campaign narratives.
