  • • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market playbook for Thailand to challenge competitors and capture market share in the professional services sector.
  • • Lead 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital, social, and offline channels to increase brand recall and trust among Thai audiences.
  • • Translate global marketing strategies into culturally relevant campaigns aligned with Thailand’s media landscape, business etiquette, and consumer behavior.
  • • Manage and coordinate with local agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency, asset quality, tone alignment, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • • Collaborate closely with HQ Integrated Marketing Communications and Product Marketing teams to maintain message coherence and operational efficiency across global campaigns.
  • • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize future marketing launches.
  • • Align regional marketing spend with business growth targets in Thailand, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between Plaud’s global headquarters and local stakeholders, including trade associations, media outlets, and corporate partners.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with Thai influencers, journalists, and industry leaders to amplify brand authority and credibility.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Plaud’s global brand guidelines and data privacy standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
  • • Leverage Plaud’s proprietary AI tools and cutting-edge productivity platforms to enhance campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • • Contribute to the global expansion strategy by providing localized market intelligence and customer insights from Thailand’s professional services ecosystem.
  • • Represent Plaud at regional industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Thailand’s digital media trends, e-commerce platforms, and retail distribution channels to inform campaign innovation.
  • • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle from concept to post-campaign reporting, including budget management, timeline adherence, and cross-functional coordination.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the Thailand marketing function, encouraging data-driven decision-making and creative risk-taking.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience localizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in Thailand across PR, digital, social, influencer, retail, and e-commerce channels
  • • Deep understanding of Thai business culture, media ecosystems, and consumer behavior in the professional services sector
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage local agencies and partners while maintaining global brand consistency
  • • Track record of turning low-awareness brands into household names within target professional markets
