📋 Description
- • Lead the development and execution of integrated testing plans for equipment and software to validate alignment with project performance requirements for key FORTNA customers.
- • Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners on solution design, integration requirements, and testing deliverables across all project phases.
- • Drive collaboration across technical disciplines to successfully execute project performance requirements and achieve customer acceptance.
- • Define and lead the execution of acceptance test strategies focused on rate and volume performance validation to secure customer sign-off.
- • Identify, document, and track defects in software and system integrations, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues.
- • Validate that all controls, software systems, and partner-provided components meet specified delivery requirements prior to customer handover.
- • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously within complex distribution center projects involving automation, robotics, and material handling systems.
- • Apply advanced skills in scope, timeline, and budget management to ensure testing activities are delivered on time and within project constraints.
- • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams using strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey testing outcomes and technical findings.
- • Coach and develop team members and partners through clear expectation setting, feedback, and technical guidance.
- • Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) to create testing documentation, track progress, manage schedules, and present results to clients.
- • Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site testing activities at customer locations.
- • Work on-site at customer facilities 75% or more of the time, adapting to dynamic project timelines and environments.
- • Demonstrate exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities in delivering highly complex, large-scale integration projects under tight deadlines.
- • Maintain a high level of customer management expertise through consultative engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors to support project success and operational goals.
