đź“‹ Description
- • Lead customer-facing technical engagements for enterprise clients integrating their Ashby ATS instance with Workday Core HCM via Ashby’s custom-built Workday API, serving as the primary technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Define, advise on, and manage technical requirements for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless alignment between Ashby configurations and existing Workday systems without performing Workday instance setup or configuration.
- • Serve as the first Integrations Consultant in the EMEA region and third globally, building and scaling the integrations consulting practice from the ground up within Ashby’s Customer Success organization.
- • Act as the technical subject matter expert for enterprise HCM integrations, providing guidance not only on Workday but also on other platforms such as UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors as new integrations are launched.
- • Collaborate with customers at varying levels of integration sophistication, offering best practices for technical configurations and helping them achieve desired business outcomes through optimized workflows.
- • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers to align on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Proactively identify thematic customer opportunities and improve internal processes based on real-world implementation insights, applying Continuous Improvement principles to refine integration methodologies.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely, asking clarifying questions and distilling requirements into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Manage 8–10 concurrent customer projects at a time, prioritizing based on customer impact, business needs, and resource availability while maintaining high-quality execution across all engagements.
- • Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating feedback into product and process improvements that enhance Ashby’s integration capabilities and overall customer experience.
- • Coach customers through change management transitions, helping them adapt to new systems and workflows with confidence, and viewing every interaction as a teaching opportunity to empower client teams.
- • Use data and metrics to inform decision-making, measure integration success, and demonstrate value delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
- • Maintain a highly detail-oriented approach to internal operations and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and repeatability across all customer implementations.
- • Participate in pre-sales conversations as the Workday SME when needed, supporting Sales Engineers in demonstrating technical feasibility and value to prospective enterprise clients.
- • Advocate for high-quality, principled solutions over quick hacks, prioritizing long-term scalability, maintainability, and customer success over short-term convenience.
- • Embrace a remote-first work environment with full autonomy, requiring strong self-management, proactive communication, and the ability to thrive without in-person oversight.
- • Maintain deep technical curiosity and creativity, continuously exploring how to improve integration workflows and solve novel problems rather than relying on past templates or conventional approaches.
- • Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end project delivery—from initial discovery through go-live and post-implementation optimization—ensuring every customer achieves their intended outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM, including defining scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results on time.
- • Proven technical proficiency in designing and troubleshooting enterprise-grade HR technology integrations, particularly with ATS or HCM platforms.
- • Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a track record of building strong client relationships and serving as a proactive, trusted advisor during implementations.
- • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent, multithreaded customer projects while prioritizing based on business impact and resource constraints.
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on technical delivery and customer outcomes.
- • Comfort and proficiency with remote work and self-directed execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation package with equity and a 10-year exercise window for stock options—no pressure to purchase if leaving the company.
- • Unlimited PTO with a recommended minimum of four weeks per year, actively encouraged through regular check-ins.
- • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget to ensure productivity and comfort in a remote setting.
- • $100/month education budget for courses, books, or certifications, with manager-approved coverage for higher-cost items like conferences.
- • Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the US, with plans to expand to other countries as circumstances allow.
- • Opportunity to work with a highly differentiated product that customers are genuinely excited about, supported by a team focused on quality over quantity.
