📋 Description

• Own and manage Vanta’s integration partner program, including defining program requirements, sourcing new technical partners, and fostering long-term collaborative relationships with vendors whose platforms customers use daily.
• Collaborate closely with Vanta’s Product, Integrations, Engineering, Design, Legal, Procurement, and Field teams to identify integration use cases and secure necessary access, environments, and technical support from partners to enable first-party integrations.
• Evangelize Vanta’s API platform to technical partners, encouraging them to build high-quality integrations on top of Vanta’s infrastructure and guiding them through the technical partner program.
• Establish and measure partner tiering systems based on performance, impact, and ROI, ensuring clear metrics for relationship development, integration delivery speed, adoption rates, and partner satisfaction.
• Manage contracting, access agreements, and procurement processes with partners, continuously improving these workflows to create a scalable, predictable model for new partner onboarding.
• Contribute to Vanta’s enablement and marketing strategies by articulating the joint value proposition between Vanta and its integration partners, identifying co-building and co-marketing opportunities that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain deep awareness of emerging SaaS companies and industry-standard vendors to proactively identify new integration opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure partners are effectively enabled to support Vanta customers’ compliance, security, and continuous monitoring goals through seamless integration experiences.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and amplify impact across partner management workflows, demonstrating curiosity and sound judgment in adoption.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to partner engagement, integration success rates, and customer outcomes tied to the integration ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Vanta and external technical partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and technical requirements while removing blockers to integration development.
• Support the Automation group’s mission to help customers discover, connect, and leverage integrations that power product experiences, generate audit evidence, and drive compliance outcomes.
• Participate in virtual team-building events, company-wide learning sessions, and other organizational activities to foster culture and collaboration across distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning and activating strategic technical partner portfolios within a fast-growing SaaS or platform ecosystem
• Demonstrated success in building and managing integration partnerships with measurable ROI, clearly defined partner tiers, and outcome-driven metrics
• Proven ability to operate effectively between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Procurement) and external partners, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Technical fluency in integrations domain, including comfort with APIs, data schemas, and platform-based development concepts
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and impact in partner or product workflows, with responsible and judgment-driven application
• Preferred: Established network within the SaaS/integrations ecosystem and a track record of measurable partner impact (e.g., faster integration delivery, improved adoption)
