Integrations Services Consultant

📋 Description

• • As an Integrations Services Consultant at Mango Technologies, Inc. (operating under the ClickUp brand), you will play a vital role in the services team by working closely with customers to understand their business processes and goals, then leveraging that insight to build technical solutions using the API to connect ClickUp to other critical business systems.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with customers to gather requirements, develop and implement technical integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools like Workato, Boomi, or Mulesoft, manage end-to-end integration projects as a solo project manager, oversee a portfolio of key customer accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to internal process improvements with a focus on AI-driven efficiency.
