- • As an Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon at CrowdStrike, you will serve as a critical cyber threat intelligence interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients maximize the value of their Falcon Intel Recon investment through expert analysis, proactive communication, and issue resolution.
- • Day to day, you will drive customer satisfaction by managing relationships, triaging and escalating findings from Falcon Intel Recon, guiding customers through threat intelligence insights, delivering regular written and verbal updates, and advocating for customer feedback to improve products and services.
- • You will join CrowdStrike’s growing Intelligence Team within a global cybersecurity leader known for its AI-native platform, mission-driven culture, and commitment to innovation, customer success, and employee autonomy.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in dark web ecosystems, APT tactics, and threat intelligence lifecycle while developing strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills — positioning you as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections with full understanding of the intelligence lifecycle
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites
- • Ability to operate independently with little direction, manage time and deliverables for rapid service engagements, and thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- • Strong emotional intelligence and professional presence to present concerning findings to customers
- • Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and convey business concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
