- • As an Intelligence Analyst at Everbridge, you will play a critical role in safeguarding clients by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global risk events in real time, ensuring timely and accurate intelligence delivery to support enterprise safety and continuity.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring open-source and proprietary data streams, assessing potential threats and impacts, producing detailed intelligence reports, and communicating findings directly to clients during night shift operations to maintain 24/7 situational awareness.
- • You will join Everbridge’s International Monitoring Center, a dedicated team within a global leader in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, operating across time zones to protect organizations from emerging risks.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in threat analysis, real-time reporting, and client-facing intelligence delivery, gaining exposure to global security operations and contributing to high-stakes decision-making processes.

- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret complex information from diverse sources
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear, timely intelligence reports and engaging with clients
- • Ability to work effectively during night shift hours in a remote/home-based environment
- • Experience or familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, threat monitoring, or risk assessment methodologies
- • Proficiency in using digital collaboration and reporting platforms to support operational workflows
