- • TriEdge Investments LLC is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join The Gowanus Group’s Brooklyn-based studio, contributing to a diverse portfolio of commercial projects across healthcare, multifamily residential, office, hospitality, and ground-up development—playing a key role in shaping functional, aesthetically compelling spaces from concept to construction.
- • The role involves end-to-end ownership of design deliverables, including producing detailed construction documentation in Revit, developing immersive 3D models and photorealistic renderings in SketchUp and Enscape, and leading concept development through material, finish, furniture, and color palette selections—ensuring design integrity and client alignment throughout each phase.
- • You will manage approximately three concurrent projects at varying stages, collaborating closely with a small, seasoned team of four interior designers and the Head of Interior Design, while presenting concepts, integrating feedback, and routing major decisions for approval in a structured yet creative workflow.
- • The studio fosters a collaborative, expressive culture where individuality is valued, open dialogue is encouraged, and long-term professional growth is supported—offering the opportunity to deepen expertise in commercial design while contributing to meaningful, built-environment projects in a dynamic urban context.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related field
- • 3+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design (not solely residential)
- • Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape for construction documentation and 3D rendering
- • A portfolio demonstrating commercial project work, including construction documents and photorealistic visuals
- • Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools in the creative process (preferred)
- • Positive, energetic, and collaborative mindset with strong multitasking and organizational abilities
