• • As an Interior Designer at Homebound, Inc., you will play a key role in developing and maintaining design packages for residential developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making homebuilding accessible through technology.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating curated design options across spec levels and price points, collaborating with Sales and Procurement to align designs with budget and market goals, delivering client presentations with mood boards and renderings, using Bluebeam to communicate design intent, maintaining project files and the material catalog, and conducting site visits for market research and construction coordination.
• • You will join a multidisciplinary Design Studio team within a fast-growing, venture-backed company that is transforming residential construction by integrating technology across the homebuilding process—from planning to client checkout.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in residential interior design, gain experience with construction documentation and tech-integrated design workflows, and have the opportunity to influence design standards and performance metrics while working cross-functionally with Architecture, Sales, Procurement, Construction, and Tech teams.
