- • As a Field Service Technician, you will be the frontline representative of Munters, responsible for the safe and effective repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our advanced climate control systems.
- • Your primary objective will be to diagnose and resolve malfunctions in all types of Munters equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- • You will conduct on-site service calls, providing expert technical support and ensuring that customer operations continue seamlessly.

- • You will be expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, boots, hard hats, and hearing protection as required by company policy and site-specific regulations.
- • The job entails physical demands, including lifting up to 55 lbs using proper techniques, and the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day).
- • You will be required to perform tasks involving climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and walking, often in challenging environments.
- • Close visual acuity is necessary for detailed work, analyzing data, and working with computer terminals.
