- • As an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer at Solink, you will play a key role in building and scaling high-impact technology that transforms video security into real-time operational insights for businesses worldwide.
- • You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative enterprise AI features, taking ideas from concept through research to fully supportable and scalable software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- • You will create, maintain, and monitor observability and alerting dashboards, drive software and architecture best practices, and work with architects to develop common components and solutions across teams.
- • You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, create and execute automation tests with QA, and contribute to reducing technical debt through re-architecture initiatives in a cloud-native environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience developing enterprise software solutions with microservice architecture
- • Significant experience with one or more of Node.js, React, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- • Hands-on experience in a cloud-native product (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and comfort with DevOps and IaC tooling like K8S, Docker, or CloudFormation
- • Experience troubleshooting, mitigating, and resolving critical production issues efficiently and effectively
- • Experience driving collaborative tech debt and re-architecture initiatives
- • Comfort with DevOps and IaC tooling like K8S, Docker, CloudFormation
- • Interest in AI and a desire to learn ML concepts
- • Excellent technical communication and work breakdown skills
